Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – VESHTEE

At VESHTEE, every order is crafted specifically for you. As our products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after order confirmation. We aim to maintain a fair and transparent policy that protects both our customers and our production process.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are printed and prepared only after an order is placed. Due to this customized production process, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.


2. Cancellation Window

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing or dispatch preparation begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


3. No Returns After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final. Returns and refunds are not applicable as the product has been custom-made specifically for your order.


4. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

We will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Item received does not match the confirmed order

5. Easy Claim Support

To ensure quick and fair resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video (from start to finish)
  • Clear product photographs
  • Order ID

This helps us verify issues accurately and process your request faster.


6. Replacement Preference

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement before issuing a refund, so you receive the correct product at the earliest.


7. Size Selection Responsibility

We provide detailed size guidance to help you choose the correct fit. Returns or refunds are not applicable for incorrect size selection made during ordering.


8. Minor Variation Clause

Slight variations in color, print placement, or fabric appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or production differences.
These are normal and do not qualify as defects.


9. Delivery Delays

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or high-order volumes are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.


10. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or customer unavailability, refunds may not be applicable. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


11. Suspicious or Misused Claims

To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to decline claims that involve:

  • Incomplete or missing proof
  • Edited or tampered media
  • Repeated misuse of policy
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

12. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


13. Quality Commitment

Every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure proper packaging and acceptable product condition.


14. Support Commitment

Our team is committed to reviewing every genuine concern carefully and providing fair and reasonable assistance wherever possible.


15. Final Decision Rights

VESHTEE reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, and replacement requests after reviewing the submitted claim and supporting evidence.
